World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day (10 October) is multi day for global mental health education, awareness and promotion against social stigma.

It was first celebrated in 1992 at the activity of the World Federation for Mental Health, a worldwide emotional well-being association with individuals and contacts in excess of 150 countries.

This day, every October, a large number of supporters come to commend this annual awareness program to point out psychological sickness and its real impacts on people groups' life worldwide.

In a few nations this day is a piece of a mindfulness week, such as Mental Health Week in Australia.
